After we contacted them by phone, Mr Giorgio made himself available within a couple of days for a thorough, precise site survey and then gave us a detailed quotation. Professionisti con la P maiuscola. Io e mia moglie abbiamo avuto necessità di sostituire l'impianto antifurto. Contattati telefonicamente, il Sig. Giorgio in un paio di giorni si è subito reso disponibile a fare un sopralluogo puntiglioso e preciso e a sottoporci un preventivo dettagliato. The owner, Mr Giorgio, came personally for the site survey: a reliable, helpful person who brought us a clear, transparent quotation a few days later. Waiting times were very short, and Tony and David carried out the installation. They were extremely professional, skilled and kind and, above all, kept to the agreed schedule. The work was done to a very high standard! Another very important point is the after-sales technical assistance they offer. Baldelli Sicurezza is a SAFE choice!! I highly recommend them.
Abbiamo fatto installare presso nostra abitazione, sistema di videosorveglianza da Baldelli Sicurezza e ne siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti. Per il sopraluogo e' venuto direttamente il titolare il sig. Giorgio, persona seria e disponibile che qualche giorno dopo ci ha portato il preventivo chiaro e trasparente. Nonostante l'intervento si sia rivelato più complesso rispetto a quanto inizialmente ipotizzato, l'azienda Baldelli si è rivelata fortemente all'altezza del compito. Grande professionalità e competenza da parte del titolare e del suo collaboratore Tony che, nonostante le difficoltà incontrate, ha saputo ripristinare e rimettere a nuovo il nostro sistema antintrusione.
